Air University Library is excited to offer ZoomGov accounts for check out. Please note the items below:
- ZoomGov accounts are managed by AUL.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 business hours in advance of meeting date/time.
- Available for AU, Maxwell, and Gunter personnel only.
- Person making reservation will receive a copy of the reservation invitation that can then be shared with attendees.
- Zoom meetings can be recorded directly to your device or recorded to the ZoomGov cloud. ZoomGov cloud recordings will be deleted 60 days after your scheduled event concludes due to cloud storage limitations. Please contact library-technology@au.af.edu within 60 days if you are unable to download your cloud recording.
